Truth can kill.
It's something the residents of Downtown Sector 53N5113L3, coined by some of the youth as "Sensible Sector", know all too well.

The rain, the ever constant in this city doesn't so much flow as ooze from the Sector above. And today was no different in that regard. The monument in the Sector square was still the same. A giant pillar, meant to be representative of the support that The Company would show to the residents of the sector, had been defaced half a century ago. Now, it looked like a giant erect phallus.

No, today was different for other reasons. A Dark Night "Channel Resistance" message had said they would be reclaiming Sensible Sector from The Company, "for the good of the people".

Another was the large chunk of metal that was seen flying in at high speed, and that crashed into the only orphanage in the sector. When the few concerned citizens that there were went to check on the ruins, they found no sign of whatever had caused the devastation.

The third was even more unusual. Of course there are always murders in this city, and the more the lower you went. But the last few bodies found were all totally ex-sanguinated, and with not a scratch on them. The local SHIVER forces were baffled, and this led to the fourth unusual event.

The Company actually sent representatives to look into the problems. These armed operatives would be there to assess the problem and deal with it. Lethal force fully authorised.

Of course, all of this was barely registered by most of the citizens, but the Gangs took notice, and while some were concerned, most realized it would be life as normal down here in Sensible Sector.

The game will be for as many as wish to sign up. That's right, NO limit.
Each side will have their own goals, some mutually exclusive of other groups, some that can be achieved with others help. So it is quite possible to have a multiple group win, or multiple wins, staggered through for various groups.
